Craven Regional Medical Center will be offering an hour-long class about how to quit smoking.

| Diabetes Support Group |
This group is currently not meeting. It will resume in September 2008.
A support group for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes patients
and their loved ones. The meetings
consist of a relevant topic-oriented program followed by

| Ostomy Support Group |
Ostomy patients and their caregivers are invited to join
this group which meets on the first Thursday of each month (except summer months)
at 1:30 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church. Meetings will resume again in September 2008. Professional
guidance and empathy helps members to cope with the challenges

CRMC offers two stroke groups that meet at Coastal Rehabilitation. "Brainstorm" is an educational series that meets every Thursday at from 2 -3pm. Our On-Going Stroke Support group meets every 2nd Thursday of the month at 3pm in Coastal Rehab.

Those dealing with Alzheimers' Disease can gain helpful
support at the monthly meeting held the first Wednesday
of each month at 1:00 p.m. at the Homeplace Assisted Living
